Creative Director
Matthias verfügt über mehr als 25 Jahre Erfahrung in der Spielebranche und hat mit seinen Fähigkeiten als Autor, Szenario- und Spieldesigner, Forscher, UI-Designer, Scrum Master, Team-Recruiter und Produzent sowie Studioleiter maßgeblich zu mehr als 20 Spielen beigetragen und internationale Teams mit mehr als 40 Personen geleitet. Sidi, wie er liebevoll genannt wird, hat die Plattform für das BizOps-Forum entworfen und die Produktion geleitet. Jetzt ist er für die zukünftige kreative Produktentwicklung bei TFC verantwortlich. In seiner Freizeit lebt er seine Liebe zum Detail beim Modellbau aus und Leute, die seine Modelle gesehen haben, sagen, dass er verdammt gut darin ist!!

Mit einem Fokus auf interaktive Technologie verfügt Puneet über Fachwissen in der Strategie und Planung von Brand-Events. Er hat mit großen Agenturnetzwerken wie FCB & Cheil Worldwide in Führungspositionen zusammengearbeitet und Kampagnen für Brands wie Samsung, Bacardi, Intel und andere geleitet. Puneet leitet außerdem die Wachstumsstrategie für Atthah Infomedia, ein führendes interaktives Technologieunternehmen in Indien, welches an technischen Lösungen mit AR/VR, interaktiven Websites, virtuellen Events und Spieleentwicklung arbeitet. Puneet war führend bei der Entwicklung einer virtuellen 3D-Plattform für das BizOps-Forum mit der Amasol AG. Puneet leitet die Markenmarketingrolle bei The Flying Cow. Er liebt die Natur und liebt Langstreckenläufe!
Sales Director
Frank ist ein erfahrener Vertriebsprofi. Als Vorstandsmitglied der Amasol AG leitet er Vertrieb und Marketing und hat das Geschäft mit Präsenzen in Friedrichshafen, Wien und Neu-Delhi verzehnfacht. Seit 2019 engagiert sich Frank für das BizOps Forum, eine enge Verbindung zwischen Business und IT Operations. Er war maßgeblich an der Einführung einer neuen virtuellen 3D-Eventplattform für das BizOps-Forum beteiligt und legte den Grundstein für The Flying Cow. Frank leitet die Rolle der Kundenakquise und -bindung bei The Flying Cow. Er ist leidenschaftlicher Radfahrer und liebt es, die Welt auf seinem Fahrrad zu erkunden!

Puneet also leads growth strategies for Atthah Infomedia, a leading interactive technology company in India, working on tech solutions using AR/VR, Interactive websites, virtual events & game development. Puneet has been at the forefront of driving a 3D virtual platform for the BizOps Forum with Amasol AG.
Puneet leads the brand marketing role at The Flying Cow. He loves the outdoors and is passionate about long distance running!
Sales Director
Frank is a seasoned sales professional. As a member of the board at Amasol AG, he leads sales & marketing and has grown the business tenfold with presence in Friedrichshafen, Vienna & New Delhi. Since 2019 Frank has championed the BizOps Forum, a close interconnection between business & IT Operations. He was instrumental in introducing a new 3D virtual event platform for the BizOps Forum and kicked the foundation of the Flying Cow.
Frank leads the customer acquisition & retention role at the Flying Cow. He is passionate about cycling and loves to explore the world on his bike!
Creative Director
Matthias has over 25 years of experience in the gaming industry, significantly contributing to more than 20 games with his skills as a writer, scenario and game designer, researcher, UI designer, Scrum Master, Team Recruiter and Producer and Studio Lead and led international teams with more than 40 people.
Sidi, as he’s fondly called, designed the platform for the BizOps Forum and led the production. Now he is responsible for the future creative product development at The Flying Cow. He is also a modelling madman and people who have seen his models say that he is damn good at it!!
